The app is incredibly frustrating and clunky to use. Can't remove shows from your watchlist, shows you're actually watching don't show up on the continue watching, half the time it won't remember what episode or time you left off watching. Only reason I still have it is because of specific shows that are only listed here.

1. Make sure that your operating system, app and browser are all upgraded to latest version.
2. Try closing apps not in use or running in the background to increase available system memory.
3. If the problem persists, please send us a screenshot to service@gagaoolala.com, thank you.

I can't get any screen to load in the app or on the website. I keep getting numerous error messages. I know you guys make a decent amount of money from this app, please use some of it to make the experience better for your subscribers. If things don't change I will just begin pirating the shows I want to watch from other sites and save myself some money. I only use it now because the app has been more convenient, but not so much recently.

What is happening? It's been 3 or 4 days but still the gaga app is not working, there are just blank images and whenever i click to watch video, it's just loading, i sent an email and asked if the app is still down, but no response yet, so i decided to put a review again here 😑
