The app has so many issues. Sometimes it won't let me log in, it blanks out the option to add in my email address so it's not possible to log in to access previous orders (not ideal when you're at customer services needing info). The amount of times it freezes &/or crashes when scrolling through items is just ridiculous! And the website automatically links you to the app, which is so annoying when the app isn't working correctly. I had to uninstall, add items to my cart & reinstall to order!

Checkout is absolutely useless. Issues trying to login (says it was wrong but then was logged in ?) During checkout it couldn't get me past the payment options, still took the money but didn't finalise the order. No emails or order history. Support said to wait and it should automatically refund but until then if I want the items I'll just have to spend twice. Long story short: app is super buggy and practically unusable.

Easy to shop once you log in. Kinda annoying that you have to log in every single time. Why can't it remember me, without me having to type my password in? Also, only good for shopping, but you cannot use it to pick up/return orders. Every time having to go through 25 emails Target send out in regards to a single order and look for a tax invoice. OMG make my life a little easier please and include those invoices into the order info on the app.
