I have never been more frustrated with an app, nor has an app ever brought me so close to tears. I only joined this network less than a month ago, I'm updating everything to my new Lebara number and when I try and use the app and log in, all I get is "network request failed". Then when it does work I get "incorrect password". Reset password "network request failed". Reset my password and try and log in "incorrect password". Makes me regret leaving giffgaff.

Important functionalities such as cancelation of your subscription is missing both in the app and website. The app is useless as it doesn't offer anything more neither is more user-friendly than the website. Moreover, Lebara makes their customers pay separately for basic functionalities like stopping the data usage when the bundle runs out. Pay more or expect to receive huge bills for using data out of the bundle. You will be ripped off one way or another.

The app and the service have deteriorated. I was really happy with Lebara but since improvement??? work in my area the app , download speed are all over the place. If you ring CS they tell you it will be fixed within usually 48 hrs and have been telling me that for a week now. Time to leave it seems.
