Managing monthly payments has become utterly frustrating & unreliable. Planned payments are being taken before the due dates, leading to notifications & emails telling me to "pay as fast as possible with the app". However, on the app it only shows "in progress" payments with no way of actually paying the "missed" ones, leading to confusion, frustration and possibly panic. Additionally, if a payment is done manually, Klarna still takes it again, leading to double payments. App's going downhill

Got an account to get financing on a phone, i wasn't able to, the customer service was really bad, and all of that after asking too much of my information. If it's gonna be more difficult and complicated to get financing through this app, is better to just get a real credit card. Edit: I'm not reading tips about improving chances, a credit card guarantees eligibility for each purchase. I already deleted the account.

Update: after going on circles with a few loops of email/phone confirmations it did eventually work. Changing to 3 stars. ----- With the last update unable to login. Actually it's not the first time it doesn't work and refuses to login. One star is way too many, I wish I could give'em zero.
