Good app, had to turn off notifications though because constantly alerts you to drink water, which is good, but by end of the day was getting fed up with it, but otherwise good. counts the steps and how many calories you have burned off.

it worked fine at first but now it has stopped counting days as separate. my steps from thursday to Sunday have carried over and so the steps per day is incorrect. also you get ads for clicking on anything like I understand that's how they make money but this is a little excessive.

Difficult to understand initially but after two months of using it -I understand it much better and will keep using it.Provides great benefit to know how many steps I take daily Reminders to drink water still turned off
