been using this app for years & it's a great way to center your mind, its prompts help me orientate and reflect which is really helpful for my ADHD. could use a tad more variety but it's not critical to me.

amazing app. minimal design. great writing space for me to ideate my thoughts upon. i rarely write reviews, but this app has to be the one. should be pre-installed on all the phones, for mental health. suggested feature: auto sync with Google services. keep it up.

I have used the app before the recent update on Android and I liked that one better. I had better acces to my entries, three daily check-ups and the notifications actually worked. With or without the premium service the app works the same.. hit and miss. Maybe improve the new android version of the app.

dear stoics,

we've got a new update for you! this time, we've fixed a bunch of small bugs and made some other improvements - the most important one is that meditation exercises now have sounds! so, make sure your sound is on while using stoic to enjoy the full experience. we hope it makes it easier for you to calm down and relax.
