device: s24+ on latest app version app is not launching when requested. I can't even get to the home screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked my internet connection, and cleared my cache. Still can't proceed when launching the app. I'd think the amount charged in fees would lead to a smoother app experience.

terrible customer service, outsourced and clearly never been to a concert themselves. repeated the same checklist steps multiple times. refused to escalate. finally identified the seller was scammer and refused to give me an alternate ticket. the alternate ticket is based on the price you pay, not the view, so if you get a good deal, you won't be able to get a replacement ticket, even 30 minutes before show start. Edit THEY GAVE THE SELLER MY CONTACT INFO WITHOUT CONSENT

App seems to work well, but the company's business practices are very sketchy. I realize they can't guaranty specific seats until just before game time, but they advertise that they give you the choice of replacement tickets. That is not the case. I ordered two tickets to a Bluejays game. I received notification that the tickets weren't available, and a link to select replacement tickets. When I clicked on the link I was informed the link was not valid and was issued two much cheaper tickets.
