Recent problem with buying tickets. Ticket purchase doesn't go through although there is no error message. I would also prefer better UI to have direct access to "stop" search as opposed to route (currently it is two click process), and integration with KBC app to purchase tickets instead of manually entering card details every time.

The app was much better, really useful and fast. But it changed radically recently and now it takes very long to load my favorite stops. Would it be possible to give us the option to use the old app, as it was, say, 2 months ago?

I am appalled by the unreliability and inefficiency of public transport and its inability to provide a decent alternative to the car. Even more so given the current climate crisis. App: busses are not shown in chronological order, all routes are marked as unavailable when there are detours, ... Edit: still not working. Doesn't even show alternative routes. Better to use Google maps.
