The app itself is nice and I love the rewards scheme but there's quite a selection of items that are being sold both in shop and on the website that don't appear on the app, this is frustrating because when I try to open the app through chrome (not incognito mode where I've checked they have the products on) it automatically sends me to the app where an error is displayed. Meaning I just can't purchase the unadded clothes online

Use to love this app but I can't even make a purchase any more. The app won't let me reset my password to log in, when I tried to make a new account, even different email I get an error message and can't buy anything.

Unable to log in. Says password reset requested when, in fact, I've made no such request. Nonetheless, even with resetting the password, the app continues to request a password update instead of allowing me to log into my account.
