This is a quintessential app in my daily life atm. I figured after using Headspace that breathing exercises help me the most...and I have never dreamed of finding such high-quality content related to this topic, both in theory and in practical exercises, on google play. What is offered in the free version is more than enough and the price for the full version is absolutely reasonable. New breathing patterns are being added regularly. Sam's guidance is intelligent, empathetic and thoughtful.10/10

The lessons are very useful and the range of techniques are great. I appreciate the simple language, and it's clear the developers do care about this topic. The only downsides so far are the cost - I would much prefer a low monthly cost rather than a yearly cost. And that the sleep music doesn't play once your screen goes to sleep as it does with similar apps, which is very frustrating and counterintuitive.

I like most the patterns Ive tried. the vibration isn't always enough for me to switch then music isn't much better and I usually try to have my eyes closed. the "COMING SOON" patterns have been coming soon for several years. I think the app has been left to fend for itself. I won't be renewing the next go round.
