Different identification apps which doesn't work at all. I just want to see my e-recipe using the app. Miserable experience, as it is becoming the new normal here. Frustration after many tries, resetting app cache, reinstalling, restarting the phone... They are returning rockets from the sky, you can ask the AI of your phone unimaginable questions but you can't login in your health insurance app... Unbelievable! Unbelievable! Unglaublich! 😡😡😡😡😡

So drastisch würden wir es nicht formulieren, aber ja, wir wissen, dass es aktuell hakt. Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck daran, dass alles wieder rund läuft. Es tut uns leid, dass die App aktuell weder Ihren noch unseren eigenen Ansprüchen gerecht wird. Freundliche Grüße, Ihre TK-Ident App

Actually not as bad as I initially thought after I found out that this app is at least consistent with its "no root" policy. I just reboot without root temporarily when I need to use this app and it works. Other apps refuse to work when your bootloader os unlocked, even if you are not rooted, I already had to RMA my phone when it just broke after a regular update, unlocked I can restore the factory image at least. The functionality is still a worry but so far nothing broke.

Schade, dass Sie die hohen Sicherheitsauflagen so wahrnehmen. In der Tat unterliegen Ihre Gesundheitsdaten weitaus höheren Sicherheitsvorgaben als zum Beispiel Ihre Bankdaten. Aus diesem Grund sind diese für uns besonders schützenswert. Freundliche Grüße, TK-Ident App

Suddenly it stopped working with message that my device is rooted, but it doesn't! Literally nothing is changed in my phone, unless they released new broken version of app with wrong security requirements.
