My experiences are extremely poor mainly on SIP feature in the Mutual Fund. To make matters worse they updated the app and now my device is unable to access saying there is some security risk with other apps . There does not seem to be a solution and internet banking is now only way to login.

The app is not getting started. I am trying for last Two days. I am unable to pay my credit card bill due to this. Moreover, I did not find option to pay credit card bill after log in on Internet banking. So I followed a Bil Desk link found on Google and I did the payment their. But that payment is not reflecting in my credit card outstanding. So many issue with bank technical service. This is so bad. Dear HSBC, please get resigned from your IT department. They are not educated for your bank.

WORST!!! user experience. This app is kind of useless, you can just check you balance nothing else. I have account in two other bank as well, which is really easy use and you can do everything within the app also to login in new device if you lost your device. But this app does not allow. I can't even get/recover my user id, there is no other method of login. I am gonna delete my accout with this bank. Netbanking helpline have no option for lost phone.Such a worst experience with any bank ever.
