I do not care about cool app animations and smileys you have now in the app. I need payments WORKING! The transfer to the new Finom was a pain - and now the payments are all getting blocked! Is it so difficult to check the technical details BEFORE starting the clients' transitions? Finom has parallized my payments for 2 weeks now, and even the support system is built in such a buggy way that I get kicked put of my aupport chats BEFORE I get a solution. Horrible main architecture.

The app doesn't save the items I put on my invoices, so now I have to create them from scratch every time even though they're always the same services. Massive waste of time. As for the banking, I can never trust this as a bank again after they suddenly changed their ibans, so now I just use it to create invoices, and even that doesn't work properly.

all invoicing tools should stay exactly the same and you should have a permanent access to all documents created/uploaded on your old account. It looks like a technical issue, we recommend to contact the customer support at hello@finom.co from your registered email address, thanks!

I have been using Finom (Solo) for over a year now. Until today, I was very happy. Everything worked well, the interface is great, and the costs were low. Today, I have noticed that Finom now charges 2.5 € per outgoing transaction. This fee is absolutely ridiculous. If they do not revert this change, I will have to change to a different bank.
