Haven't had to contact customer support yet, so can't evaluate that, but the hotels have been well priced and good quality.

Being the highest level gold member for multiple years means nothing here! Had an issue where they had false information about check in times. I contacted the customer support and they recommended me to get another place and cancel this and for sure would get a full refund. Ended up losing 30% of the reservation as I didn't get it and customer support is useless in answers. Use booking com instead I guess. Was a fan many years until my first trouble. Despicable
