MEET NATALIE DEVISSE
Natalie is a certified prenatal yoga teacher, perinatal fitness instructor, and mama herself. With a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and over 15 years of experience leading a variety of fitness and wellness classes—specializing in prenatal yoga—she created Mindfit Mama to help women feel strong, empowered, and supported—without pressure or perfection.
