For years, I struggled with insomnia, chronic pain, and symptoms no one could explain. I tried everything — yoga, acupuncture, massage, meditation, doctors, supplements…Nothing worked — at least not in a lasting way.

Then I found somatic exercise. Within four sessions, the insomnia and chronic pain I’d lived with for years began to soften. The insomnia started to fade. And for the first time in a long time, I felt something new: REAL RELIEF.As a survivor of childhood SA, I carried so much dissociation and fear in my body that I didn’t even realize I was constantly bracing for impact. Somatic exercises gave me a clear pathway back to myself.It taught me that stress and trauma don’t just live in our minds — they live in our nervous systems. And that healing doesn’t start with another mindset hack... it starts in the body.
