Very bad experience, we got a accommodation that was not usable (bed broken, toilet broken, not clean) for preaty amount of money. After we sad what we got they emailed property and they did not even said sorry, we did not get refund, team from Hotels did not even stand up, or try to do anything more as they were the one who advertised them and get %$ from. App not reliable and constantly crushing. If possible would rate them 0
