Terrible customer service! How can I trust my money to a company that is UNREACHABLE?

The connection drops too often, and the support is terrible. This is not the first time I've had such problems. There are frequent "internal errors", preventing me from selling my stocks or causing everything to suddenly stop working, especially when the stock market becomes more volatile... Also Trade Republic uses the Lang&Schwarz exchange. Often, certain stocks are no longer tradable there, even though they continue to be traded on other exchanges! That means you buy a stock but can’t sell it
