As I am running out of options, here my try to get someone to help. A few weeks ago I was on a bus from rede expressos and lost my kindle in one of the seat pockets. I repeatedly sent emails, which never were responded to. I called, but was told to send an email. I filled in the lost item form on the website and also, never received a response. When I went to the bus station in lisbon I went around and asked for help. The operation manager eventually wrote down my email and said he will take care of it and come back to me. But he never did. As an english speaking customer I am running against walls. It is unbelievable, how much they praise to help, and then never respond to anything, when you actually do need help. This kindle was not of high money value, but it had a high personal one. To get it back would mean a lot to me. So, here we go, last try, if someone out there would please just get out of their little Iglo and for once let me know that someone is acknowledging this, it would be highly appreciated, as I am leaving Portugal on thursday!
