Arriva MyPay

This app does not work for travelers without a working phone number, as account validation requires a PIN sent via SMS. On Sunday, no shops were open to buy tickets, so we had to pay the bus driver in cash — more expensive, no cards accepted, no change given, and very rude service (one driver even yelled at me). At our destination, the ticket machine did not work, so a stranger had to help us buy tickets through her app. It was a terrible experience. I hope I never have to use Arriva again.

Doesn't work foreigners, because to sing up the app nedds a PIN. This pin is send by SMS, but the our number doesn't work abroad the country...this Pin could be send for an email.
