Hello, I downloaded the game 2 days ago and it worked perfectly fine, but when i changed my network id, it would pop up a network problem. If u can find the cause please fix it. Thank you!

Fix your damn game, on the chest event (after reaching the desolate tomb lvl 15.) I got on hard +30% movement speed and I was faster than the sliding platforms which I always outran and I take stupid damage, please fix this damn issue

Can you fix the game? On my daily challenge for gems my character always run faster than the bridges that start connecting the path and just falls off eventually. What is going on?
