Grubhub: Food Delivery

The driver lied to the grubhub that she delivered the food and tried to contact me. Surprisingly, I live right in the city which can be the proof that my data is reliable. I gave grubhub a call but the lady at the contact center just blamed me that I did not pick up the driver's call which is not true. I have been waiting and I did not receive any calls or texts. She just did not have the right info and simply blame the customer who pays them to be at work. Totally disrespectful.
