Did you notice that your app has technical issue. When I click health insurance and upload visa the app crashes. Its not the first time.

Hi Frank, thank you for this feedback. I have shared it with the team and we will investigate this issue. In the meantime, please make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the app installed. If you are trying to activate your Blocked Account, please choose Postident as your method. This will reduce the likelihood of your app crashing.
