I make an online purchase, and the delivery was awful. They did not deliver the package inside the mailbox and left it outside in a public area. I tried to get a refund or to redeliver again which they didn't, telling me that they considered all the factors and they couldn't deliver it or refund my order. They just want your money. Awful experience be careful.

The newest update doesn't let you use your loyalty rewards on your order if you've already applied a discount code. Before, you were allowed to stack certain promo codes AND use your loyalty rewards (up to 3 of them) per order. Now, I have to choose whether I want to use my loyalty rewards or use a coupon code. One or the other. As someone who grew up wearing this brand and still choosing to purchase Hollister with my own money as an adult, this is disappointing.
