Poor app. Very slow. Search options are very bad and good only 15 years back. Not all search options work. Put what you need the app will display what it wants. Very good options but with no flat/villa pictures centralized and very slow communication with head office. Inquiries about properties are not addressed nor replied to by main office nor contact center. Very difficult to reach the available property and everything is controlled by watchmen (they don't care. Not available. Come tomro)

Has a big bug that should be fixed (on Android 9/pixel 2 xl at least) - It asks for *phone permission*, do *not* give. Your phone will stop ringing for incoming calls. The app itself does everything that it is supposed to do.

The worst Service. I have been asked for the tenant and asked for the documents and money to show to them, even when I just went to take the token. People are making time during their night shifts and day shifts. My wife was waited and waited after her duty, just to know that it will not happen the same day. To liese a flat, we have went 5 days and spent hours, and in that, 3 times were without much of a progress. They doesn't know the basic rules of Customer Service.
