For Saudi Arabia customers, the shipping experience is always below any expectations, their logistics provider is very bad, and agents treat customers like it's a donation from their side, always delays and fake delivery attempt notifications received while they don't try once if you have to buy from them, choose to click and collect from the nearest store, shipping is not reliable service at all

I don't recommend using the app. There is no exchange through the app and if you need to replace a wrong size you have to make a full refund in a store and repeat the whole procedure all over !!
