everytime I open the the app it's hard to use because it's not optimized for Android. I will continue scrolling but the UI would get all weird and it becomes sooooo hard to use. I wanna shop on the app because it has cool options but I literally can't even scroll through options without the app lagging behind when I try to scroll. Optimize it!

I was billed more through my bank compared to the amount on the app when checking out and which was confirmed to me through email. Also, the refund was not the right amount. I got credited less than what was displayed and confirmed through the app and email. It is very unprofessional and misleading. After writing my review, I received a reply from them through playstore which stated their apology. However, I haven't received any reply through email or WhatsApp, which was sent a couple days ago.

I am unable to receive the verification code while trying to sign in/register on the app. I have tried multiple times, but the code never arrives. I have also checked my spam folder and ensured my number/email is correct. Please look into this issue and provide a solution.
