Review for Extra Stores , A Complete Waste of Time and Money I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Extra stores in KSA. What should’ve been a simple order turned into a frustrating ordeal. After placing my order, I had to spend an entire day chasing down their support team just to revise it. It's the worst customer service in Saudi Arabia; their items typically have issues, and the procedure of changing, returning, or repairing them is the worst ever; customer support takes too long to respond, and the repair process takes a long time

There's a bug in the app, after entering my Alrajhi bank CC, the Pay button is still gray, and I'm unable to get the Alrajhi offer.
