Wow, what an amazing experience. We stayed at several of their properties in Thailand and enjoyed each one: the staff, the food, the views, the amenities were all great. Our favorite tho was Khao Lok. When we arrived, August checked us in and whenever he was working he was extremely helpful with tips about the resort and the area. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, but August helped make our experiences extra memorable.

This app is beyond terrible. It doesn't work, has poor functionality and layout, and is impossible to log into. I wasted an hour of my life trying to log in but nothing worked. Garbage.
