This app has become practically unusable. I've been with Cameo for years now, on the side of talent. Now whenever I try to make Cameo videos for my fans, transfer funds, or do anything, the app constantly freezes, becomes unresponsive, logs me out, and/or crashes completely. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app, turned my phone off & on, logged out & back in, and nothing fixes it. My Android phone is new & current with all updates. Cameo is SO glitchy. Very frustrating & time-wasting.

I would love to be able to at some point, maybe. be able to use this app.. but I can't trust it. it always crashes. open the app.. crash. scroll through option.. crash. check out one of the celebs.. crash. look at the screen.. crash. I'm not going to spend money on one of these, then not be able to receive and view it because I can't open the app. it's ridiculous.

Company is a rip-off. I was so excited to give my friend a personalized birthday message from one of her favorite artists, but I was left charged for a service i didn't received and i even paid extra for a 24-hour delivery. No fault of the talent who kept just having technical difficulties on her end. However, the company still decided to charge me and has yet to reply to my many emails about this error.
