The app is ok , the problem is that if the device is Bluetooth ,Android auto is NOT supported. This is very annoying.

Thanks for your feedback! Our legacy Bluetooth devices don’t support Android Auto, which we understand can be frustrating. However, our newer model does support it. Please contact us if you’d like help checking which model you have.

Terrible application,keeps asking for notification permiasions, and doesn't stop ever.keeps popping up useless popups. the gui looks like its from 1990,the names of the gates don't fit and unreadable.

If i could give zero stars i would. Not always working and simply don't want to use. the complex put this app in place and now i need to carry my phone all the time, can't have a break or forget the phone that i will be late for work or kids schools, who has enough battery on their phones after hours out? And the fact that it needs Bluetooth, GPS and mobile data is just adding to the reasons. This review is after 30min in ice cold weather waiting for someone to open gates, late for everything!!!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. If the gate doesn’t open reliably, it’s usually due to a faulty installation. Please contact us so we can help. Bluetooth and Mobile Data are required. Certain models offer remotes instead of a smartphone.
