The application is really nice and friendly for the use. But in the last months there are several problems (like closed booking are not grey, problem in editing an existing appointment). Can be something connect with Android system, as who has an iphone has not this troubles. So it would be nice if you can fixed it.

I woke up 45 min before my first appt time, there was nothing on my schedule. I had checked the day before, as well. 55 min later, I get frantic phone calls from my spa saying I had a client and where was I? This app never texted me nor did the appt appear on my schedule until the client checked in. If it has such terrible reviews why wouldn't you try to fix the issues?

Has its glitches occasionally but it's been TRASH lately. I use this for work, so I'm not the primary account holder, I'm just 3rd person. It's not my boss's fault this app has been sucking. FIX IT. For the past 2 weeks I can't see sessions that are scheduled. It's just blank, even though the time slot has been filled. It throws off my day, throws off my schedule. Occasionally having bugs is one thing, this issue and especially how long it's lasted, is another. FIX IT.
