I've been waiting over two months for my second round of aligners, and it's been incredibly frustrating. It's nearly impossible to reach a representative, and when I do, there's little to no effort to actually help. The app shows the aligners shipped over a month ago, but the FedEx tracking number comes up as invalid. To make matters worse, the "Chat with Us" option in the app doesn't even work anymore—it seems like the feature has been removed entirely.

Communication with representative is none. They don't respond to questions with actual answers. Led me to believe they would send aligners to correct the problem and then once I paid and finished treatment said they can't do that. The app is trash, doesn't keep track of your progress no matter how many times you input. Waste of $2,000+ good for Minor adjustments but not worth the money ffor a process you do alone with no help.

Horrible customer service. I can't wait to be done with this product. They ask you multiple times to "update" the app with pictures, and you get no response with the company. once you file a complaint, only then will they respond to you with some obscene reason that they could not process your requests. It has happened on multiple occasions.
