Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered the same item twice—payment was taken both times. After waiting 5–6 days, I was told the item was out of stock and the order was canceled. Then had to wait even longer for a refund. Despite this, the item still shows as "in stock" on the app and website, which is very misleading. Poor service and lack of transparency. Not recommended at all. Total waste of time and money.

This app is the worst to order anything. and their customer service they don't pick calla no matter how many times I called them or email them still no response. I order my phone in cartlow it's showing I will be receiving it within 48hrs but it has been 5days no response. U guys ur not trying at all. I don't know if ur happy when ur customers are complaining not happy at all. now I don't know when I will be receiving my phone

it's a nightmare in my life, I purchased a device (iphone 13 promax) it's not working properly, I raised a return and they sent it back to me, it's been more than 6 months and they didn't even repair my mobile they send me and took again 3 times. still not resolved, no one is responding properly, every time I call them I have to explain the situation again and again, I spent many hours talking to them and did not resolve my concern. no one should buy from Cart low, it's the worst.
