This is a typical Korean game that repeats the vicious circles of percentage manipulations (that are commonly observed within the industry). More you go, more inevitable it is to avoid monetary compensation to level up. I had some good impression of this game initially, which turned into continued disappointment with their insufficient effort to improve the game environments. I switched to a new phone and since migration has become IMPOSSIBLE, now is a def good time to exit this game.

The game is really fun, I play every day. However, ever since the recent update, my dailys aren't reloading, and my gold hearts won't reload either. I'd delete and re-download the game, but I'm afraid to lose my progress with the single stream version

After latest update my game has been wiped. Tried uninstall and reinstall which didn't work. I'm absolutely not starting from the beginning again. I'd made purchases for daily rewards too which are not available any more, it's a con. *** edit after company response- the data was removed before I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest update. This company takes your money and says sorry nothing we can do about it

This update has switched to a single version. The feature of saving to the server has been removed, so game data will be loaded from the device you are using. Please be careful, as game data will be deleted when you delete the app or data. We are sorry that we cannot help you as there is no way to recover data due to deletion.
