This app is intended for basic, advanced and professional users who can connect their smartphones to the Madoka controller using Bluetooth low energy technology.

Thanks to the Madoka assistant app, the users will have access to an intuitive and user-friendly interface to configure the Madoka controller, hence easier and time saving setting and commissioning.

Basic users can use the app to control all basic parameters of their system in a visually appealing interface.

Advanced users can also use the app to monitor and control the unit operation. Moreover, they will have access to more advanced settings such as date, time and setback.

Professional users will have additional access to extended features related to commissioning and maintenance. You can configure all parameters of the system without hassle and are able to mirror settings to multiple controllers, saving time in the process.

Note: for the Human Comfort Interface (BRC1HHDA*), the app only allows updating the firmware of the controller. No other functionality is available.

Old version worked fine for years. They did a massive overhaul of the app and now it never connects and I cannot access any settings on the office air con. Wouldn't be a problem if there was any other way to get to the settings but there isn't because of a stupid minimal design wall-mounted unit with just 3 buttons.

With the latest update, the favorites tab has been removed. I work in a plaza and I see everyone's controller. However, since the screen is constantly refreshed, in order to choose my own controller, I have to constantly scan the screen, which is refreshed in half a second, and click on my own controller during this time. The favorites feature should return or favorites can be pinned to the top of the page rather than as a separate window.

Why? Why?? This was a perfectly good app with an awesome UI. We have 50+ controllers in my office, all within bluetooth reach. How am I to know which are the 10 I have paired with my phone? The previous version used to show the paired ones and only on demand - all. It also used to have nice UI for the ac controlls and easier way to switch between ac modes. I wish I never updated.
