Iāve been trying to permanently delete my Daraz seller account for a while now, but the process has been incredibly frustrating. The app directs me to their AI support, which simply doesnāt understand my request and offers irrelevant suggestions. Iāve repeatedly asked for my account to be deleted, but it continues to offer generic responses and refuses to escalate my request to a human representative. Iāve followed all the instructions and tried every possible way to reach out but nothing work

I can't login to my account even when I try to reset my password it tells me to contact customer service & then when I try to contact them then it says to login to the account to contact customer service. Now I can't get the way to contact customer service. I'm hoping they will fix it. This problem is now over 1 month.

I'm experiencing critical issues, including the inability to update stock quantities. The latest update has now also blocked account statement access on mobile data and logistics status. This consistent decline in features is extremely disappointing. I'd like to know who is responsible for the app's development and urge them to prioritize stability and feature restoration.
