The app seems well designed. However the more you use it the more errors you encounter. I noticed several times now it advertised hotel loyalty points eligible, when after the trip it changed to not eligible. It has started adding a "Savings Finder" fee after your stay, that makes it more expensive than booking somewhere else. They advertise "machine learning-based technology", and I suspect it is arbitrarily upcharging fees for savings that never existed.

Developers quickly fixed an issue I had but next game changer is to be able to add eticket onto Google Wallet. The eticket downloads as pdf so not easy to access.

Hi Katy - very sorry for the error you encountered. We've released a hotfix (10.9.1) that resolves this 'Cruise API - collect' issue. Storing e-tickets in Wallet apps is among several enhancements being prioritized in our backlog. Thanks for your feedback and travel safely!

Update: The app is working with SSO now and it makes the travel management process so much easier. I was hoping this last update had fixed the login issues but sadly it is actually worse now. At least the older version would eventually let you login but this one just has an endless loop to the login. You have to resort to using your mobile browser to login. Maybe the next release will actually fix the issue.
