Although not perfect in UI and UX, gets the job done. I would have given it 5 stars but around my area there almost none classic bikes, so I always have to go further and that constantly changes my plans. Customer service is great, though! I've had trouble docking a few times and they have solved the situations appropriately. All in all, is worth it for $22 to not to have to fix your own bike or even invest in one, considering the weather here (Montréal) is so harsh for 60% of the year 😂

I will keep using this app. It is helpful and a great asset for the price. But it has been a bit of an issue at times where bikes haven't been available, and more so where the drop off stations are full, but don't say so on the app. When a rack says there are spaces and there are only broken racks, JUST SAY IT IS FULL! For the last 2 evenings, I've had to go to 4-5 stations before finding one that has a spot, when all of them said they had at least one dock available. Sort it out.

Overall pretty good, pretty fast, nice design and haven't had any issues really. In terms of UX I think the bike/dock availability could be improved. It would be much more readable if the actual number of available bikes/docks was shown rather than a vague gauge. This way you can instantly know how many bikes/docks are available instead of having to click on every station to have more info. I'll probably switch back to other app I was using before because of this. Another less important suggestion would be to allow us to filter the icons on the map to our favorite stations.
