I'm very frustrated with their new blocked account activation process for transferring money. They now require verification through the post office in Germany, and even after that, they still ask for additional personal details through security questions. Even when I enter the information correctly, it says it's wrong when I try to link it with their bank account. Please remove these kinds of activation methods — they are extremely frustrating.

This is the one of the buggiest app in the playstore. Nothing works as intended. Transfers takes days to process. Don't use it as a banking app. Payment authorisation doesn't work every time.

payment interface is not good. tried to book a train ticket and when it sent push notification for payment confirmation, the app didn't show anything. lots to improve
