Delivery is fast but it comes to returning item its the worst. I send a request of return April 20 the day I received the item. and then they confirm courier assigned. and then I waited..weeks have passed, I contact already the customer service through email. but no courier came.. and now 16th of May they send message that they cannot process my request. for what reason. ( not meeting their quality standard? cancel of collection which i didn't! SCAM for you to accept and take the item.

The delivery was so fast. i order 12am i got my order at 2pm next day. to my dissappointment they give me the wrong size. now they want me to return the item in the store. hahaha thats why i order online because i dont have time to go at store, now they want me to go to store because they give me wrong size. Nice! 🤦♀️😩
