HOW DOES IT WORKS?

Alive calculates the waiting times between cigarettes and each week lengthens them slightly. In this way, your body gradually gets used to spending more time without the substances to which it is dependent. This way we reduce the anxiety for these substances while still having significant progress.

In the last 4 phases, we change the methodology to accompany you until the end of the process when you quit smoking for good. In them, you will decide what time to smoke the cigarettes allowed per day or per week.

There are a few free cigarette tracking apps. it's not the same. alive personalizes based on the amount you smoke currently. The best difference is alive doesn't shame you if you smoke early, etc. I've only given 4 stars because I have not completely gone through using alive yet. I would successfully cutting back using this app versus trying on my own.

perfect, just perfect. it's really nice because it helps you quit gradually instead of cold turkey. also, it's a great way to keep track of how many cigarettes you're smoking and how much time passed before ur last cigarette. Thank you for creating this app, it's genuis! I'm still in the process of quitting, wishing myself and the people who are in the same process good luck!

Unlike other apps that take you along post quitting experience, this app allows you to track and reduce your cigarette intake every week until completely smoke free. Being a smoker for about twenty years, quitting smoking cold turkey always gave me anxiety, and whenever I tried that my body went through hell. I feel this methodology to slowly phase out smoking would help me quit smoking for good. I would suggest if there was any option to customize the phase duration and also sleep times.

Hey thanks for you comments! The phases last 7 days but at the end of each one you can choose to repeat it for another 7 days, for as long as you need. About the sleep times when you first fill the questionary one of the questions is about your smoking hours you can there specify a custom schedule.
