It started out free, but was bought out and turned into a pay service. They want to be your salon one stop shop, but with the subscription fee they still nickel and dime you for everything and push you to use their credit card processing that has a flat fee per/transaction plus a percentage. They only provide support if you are a premium member and are slow to respond by email. They charge you if a new customer books through them, even if they are your client already. Not easy to cancel.

Commission fees only apply when new clients book through the Fresha marketplace, and we do not charge for returning clients booking via your direct links.

all has been fine for the last year and now with the last update, one of the most important things to me is gone. when I block time out of my schedule, I can no longer see more than one word on my weekly calendar view. I have ALWAYS seen every word, vertically, so I could see the errands I had or notes about something. now I see the first word only and have to tap on that blocked time to open and read the rest. makes it completely useless for me. I will have to look at a different app soon

It's amazing. I love it. Only downside is the lack of paying options in my country. I want my clients to pay before booking. And also the lack of integrating with other apps through API like Wordpress. It would be nice to have a native app that blends seamlessly with Wordpress or WooCommerce. Idk, might be a stretch but it would be awesome.
