Looks are very deceiving! They definitely know how to catch and land new customers but in my opinion they have no intention on paying out. Hell all my completed task (surveys) got rejected except 1. And it's been getting looked over for 3 days!! There's no section to overlook FAQs, they're phone number,or any way if communicating except an email address. I'ma give them 1 more day and if nothing happens. Oops

I have completed quite a few tasks. All being declined, however, I have one task complete, and all of a sudden, the app will stop working once I want to open that reviewed task, but it lets me open other tasks. I will also be leaving a low star review on Trust Pilot.

I am changing my rating back to 1 star unfortunately. I've sent multiple emails to customer support regarding an issue and I've been ignored. This is unacceptable. Even if it is going to take a while to address me issue you can at the very least reply to my emails acknowledging that they have been received and that you'll get back with me as soon as my issue has been investigated. But to just simply ignore my emails is not acceptable.
