With this application you can:
- Customize your drink (volume, intensity of coffee, amount of milk froth) and start your preparation without even getting up from your sofa.

First, it errors when I try to create an account. I trying adding the espresso machine anyway. I activated Bluetooth and location, clicked next, pluged the machine (wihtout turning it on as was in the instructions) and for a second or two appears a connection to the machine, then it is stuck in a neverending "pairing". I have waited up to 15 minutes and nothing happens. I tried this multiple times, sometime I get a connection error

After the last update the app stopped working, it opens for split second and then closes with no error message, nothing. UPDATE: After reinstalling it works again, but then again I only use it to turn on the machine remotely so I don't have to wait for it to finish it's initial 1m rinsing cycle every time I want to use it. Don't see much functionality besides that. Why would I want to start making coffee with the app if I still need to put the cup under the nozzle at which point I'm next to it.

The location is disabled by default. Even if you allow the location permissions for the app.I also sent an email to technical team 3 months ago and still no answer. The espresso machine is working properly but the app is useless. You can market this product without the app feature because the support is not existing. If i could rate it 0 stars (zero) i would.
