Originally I gave this game 5 stars but greed killed it. It's a great & unique game but the pay to win got out of control & all the wallet warriors are in coalitions that farm the rest of the server. It became unplayable

I gave this game 5 stars at the beggining, as even tho is kind of a city builder - it's done differently, with many activities, and very user friendly. Now I'm changing to 2 stars. I've encountered a bug where I could not build anything for quite a few hours as the icon 'upgrade' just disappeared. Took some screen shot, send to support.... And they did nothing. Not only it took them like 2 days to even reply, they didn't even offer any compensation which is standard in other similar games. Sad.

That typically happens when you have the temporary extra build queue, and you build 2 things at a time and then it goes away. You can't start another build until all builds finish as you only have one build queue. I'm sorry CS took 2 days to get back to you, our average is 16h which includes evenings and weekends (we are a small team).

Really fun game, although I have a problem with the soldier system, my tier I troops cannot be turned into tier II which means it'll be very likely that they'll be useless in the long run as I progress to tier III & IV, would it be possible to let them evolve? or could you at least explain why this feature is not added yet?
