Not too bad of a concept for gameplay, but execution couldn't be worst. Even at chapter 2 (with chapter 1 basically being the tutorial chapter), enemies become too tanky for the resources and starting equipment you're given. You end up having to fail multiple times with not much resources collected after each fail, plus an ad after each one too. It doesn't help that the "free" daily rewards in the shop requires you to watch 8 ads for them all. Look elsewhere for a good game, this isn't nearly

Love the game however, absolutely no response from support using the email listed here & their webpage support chat after 2weeks. I had just made a purchase and then dropped my phone in some water so I can't access it & I'm unclear how to retrieve my account on my new phone even though it was bound to my email. I've been playing this game for over a year. I refuse to start over. Id appreciate a response helping me figure out how to get my account transferred. If no response, I need a refund.

Been looking for a game i can enjoy and put some investment into rather than a game I download just for a couple days or weeks and then uninstall. It's definitely fun and creative. My only complaint is the daily challenges. It's almost impossible to win and makes the effort on getting the zombie not worth it. And can we please stop having to use the Engineers to win the daily challenge? They're probably the worst of heros.
