Very bad customer service, and repeatedly having either missing or wrong items, while the chat with customer service team in the app is so hard as the window of the chat doesn't allow you to report your problem. I asked the support team to send me and email address to report to..with no response. I asked to delete my account, it took them more than a week to tell me through the app that issue is resolved (without presenting the resolution). Really bad bad experience.

Used to be good. Drivers suddenly driving away from your location instead of towards it. Apparently at peak times a driver might have to handle two orders at the same time. So, no advance warning that that a double delivery is going to happen, and no option to cancel the order. Will be definitely considering other service providers first

2 years ago, this application had good customer service and on time delivery. recently, this application has no customer service and always late delivery. the government needs to investigate this company as they are literally scamming ppl. i once did not receive my order and when i contacted customer service, they refunded me 10 SAR when my order was 120 SAR and never got my food. i dont understand what kind of scam business these ppl running. deleting this app and moving to keeta.
