The Opt Out button does not work. Have filled in my info 4 x and when I get to "submit" , it will not go through. This is a BS "glitch" that these companies do to frustrate people who think that the credit card company makes enough money off of their commissions and shouldn't be selling us down the river to scammers & hackers. + Logging in on the app, if you use basic phone security, crashes it. No such problems on World of Hyatt. I deleted the app & use a browser button. Works great.

Horrible. I wish I could use the app. I've reset my password 5 times. I have to uninstall the app to look at the website otherwise the app causes the site to crash. I can't log in to get my points when I'm trying to make reservations. It's been this way for months. I stay at other chains because of this headache but my next trip has only HI at the destination. How have you not fixed this horrible app 2 years of nothing but isses. Negative stars if I could.

Applies to mobile app only. All went quite smoothly though for some hotels it was awkward to determine what was available for, such as, parking and any additional costs it may or may not incur. The location we ended up booking was very straight forward, thankfully, so we're happy.
