Hi, I'm using camcard for many years now. very good on scanning card and storing it but an issue with QR code while other are scanning the card, camcard is asking to enter their information and multiple steps before they can save in their contact not straight forward step to save. within one scan we should save it. thanks to look into this as if I m a premium user why those steps are there. it's frustrating for the people who I'm sharing the QR code. if we can improve this that will be great.

It is highly unusual that CamCard was able to charge my account for this app without my explicit authorization. I never provided any payment details, yet the charges were deducted automatically. The fact that this transaction occurred within seconds is quite alarming, raising concerns about the security of personal data. I urge everyone to exercise caution.

The subscription won't be activated automatically. You may have subscribed to premium free trial service but didn't cancel during trial period. When subscribing, it will indicate it is an auto renewal service. Pls cancel it from Google Play and send us the order receipt for purchase at asupport@intsig.com.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing OCR – Awaiting Refund Some cards scanned correctly, but too many had errors requiring manual corrections, making this app not worth the premium price. I tested it on Feb 15 and stopped using it, yet was unknowingly charged for a 1-year subscription on Feb 18. I’ve contacted support for a refund and will update this review once resolved. Hoping for a quick response. OCR accuracy needs improvement—premium pricing should mean premium performance.
